Information For Tenants
 
1. Credit check and referencing costs: £150.00 per person inclusive of VAT payable when forms are completed and returned to our office.  
2. Deposit: 6 weeks deposit payable on signing the tenancy agreement.  
3. Rent: 1 calendar month’s rent in advance on signing the tenancy agreement.  
4. Inventory check in and check out: to pay half the reasonable costs towards a check-in and check out inventory.

Renewing Tenancy Agreement £50 inclusive of VAT.

Guarantors are required for student/unemployed/less than 6 months in employment.
(Guarantors will need to have sufficient income to cover rent/salary ratio).
Guaran tor’s proof of address, utility bill, etc.

  
7. Students – proof required; i.e. student union card, letter from the university  
8. Proof of current address required; i.e utility bill.  
9. Tenant home insurance – to include accidental damage to landlord’s fixtures and fittings would be advisable.
